All YAESU equipment that requires a Repair Service, both covered by warranty and out of the warranty period, can be sent directly to our Service Centre accompanied by the .pdf form downloadable at the end of the page, the latter should be filled in by the customer in every detail.

After the receiving at our end of your radio, our manager will send, by e-mail, the confirmation of receipt and an approximative date on which your radio will be repaired.
REPAIR SERVICES COVERED BY YAESU WARRANTY:
Repair services under warranty are normally returned to the customer within 5 working days, the shipping costs to our laboratory are charged to the customer, while all other costs (repair services and return shipment) are covered by warranty.
Repair services for equipment out of warranty, we automatically proceed with the repair for services under EUR 100.00, for all other cases we will inform the customer on the amount of the repair service.
For the equipment outside of the warranty period is applied a cost for the check-in of EUR 20.00. This fee is cancelled in case where the customer decide to proceed with the repair service.
A radio outside of the warranty period takes a check-in time of 3 days, in this period our laboratory analyze the situation of the transceiver and decide if accept the radio for repair or not.
Only for radio out of the warranty period we ask to send only the radio, without cables and microphone. Our laboratory is equipped with any type of power cable and microphone for all tests required.
For each repair our laboratory provide a report of intervention and all the parts replaced during the intervention. After the repair service we always run a full test to certify the correct operation of the radio.
